Onboarding is the perfect opportunity to make a positive, lasting impression on new hires. In this workshop, participants will have an opportunity to discuss and co-design their ideal onboarding experience for new hires to the BC Public Service. The goals for this workshop are to untangle difficulties related to the current onboarding process and uncover ideas that will help inform new approaches to onboarding that will change the employee experience for every individual entering the BC Public Service.
